BRIDGES OUT OF POVERTY TRAINING
Bridges Out Of Poverty Training
Overview
The goal of the Bridges Out of Poverty workshop is to increase the knowledge and skills of professionals and community volunteers who work directly with under-resourced clients. The one-day workshop provides a new lens to examine what a resourced (middle- and upper- class) and under-resourced (poverty) life looks like.
The aim is to create a “relationship-based approach to service” to increase positive outcomes for clients. For clients to be successful, knowing the “rules” will make them successful at school, at work, and in the community.
Who Should Attend?
CEO’s, HR professionals, executive directors, managers, supervisors, and community volunteers who work directly with under-resourced individuals.
